One of the main reasons that we decided to build our vacation property on the shores of Yuba Lake was because of its central location to so many great activities! From exploring the hills by 4x4, to boating on the lake, to stopping for an ice cream cone at the local stand, there’s plenty for everyone in your group to enjoy.

lake activities
Our property is located right on the shores of Yuba Lake State Park and has private beach access for all of your aquatic activities! Bring the jet skis, boat, paddle boards, or just enjoy the sun out on the private dock. To rent equipment, we suggest visiting the local rental shop at The Docks within the state park, or researching the Yuba Lake State Park website in their Rental section.

Complete your wilderness adventure with our onsite ATV & Paddle Board rental collaboration with Conner’s Wheelz. From 4x4’s to paddleboards, have them delivered straight to the front door at The View for your and your family to enjoy. Yuba Lake State Park is home to one of our favorite ice cream stands in the state. There’s nothing like a cold treat on a hot day while you’re enjoying the lake and the views.
